Late Ayo Rotibi (1960 to 2020) worked and consulted for several companies and organizations across the Real Estate industry within the United States of America and Nigeria, including Julius Berger for over two decades.
He was a contributor to the development of NICON Town Housing Estate and a founding partner at BARROTI.
Ayo served at BARROTI as the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer from August 2016 to December 2020.
Akin Barretto

He is also a certified Projects Director with deep experience, in leading multi-cultural teams to simultaneously conceptualize, engineer, procure and deliver multiple projects across several portfolios in different locations.
